| 摘 要： | 从实地调研与史料研究的角度介绍了有文字记载以来，贵州土家族传统体育的产生与发展，分析了贵州土家族传统体育与傩祭的关系，土家族传统体育与傩面具的关系，土家族传统体育与傩舞的关系，以及土家族传统体育与傩坛音乐的关系。探讨在盛行傩文化的贵州土家族地区民族传统体育的起源与发展，以期寻求保护和宏扬民族传统文化。

| Abstract: | From the prospective of field investigation and historical data study, this article introduces the beginning and development of recorded traditional sports of Tujia Nationality in Guizhou Province analyzes the relations between Tujia traditional sports and Nuo sacrificial rites, Nuo mask.s, Nuo exorcism dances, as well as Nuo sacrificial altar music;and discusses the origin and development of traditional sports in regions inhabited by Tujia Nationality in Guizhou, where Nuo culture prevails, so as to protect and carry forward the traditional culture of Minority Nationalities. |
