| 摘 要： | 处罚是体育社团行使管理职能的一个重要内容，对体育社团的发展有着重要影响。以中国足球协会为例，在分析全国性体育社团处罚行为特征的基础上，从社会合法性、行政合法性、政治合法性和法律合法性等4个方面探讨我国全国性体育社团处罚行为的合法性及其所面临的困境。

| Abstract: | Sports associations punishment is an important part of sports associations exercising management functions, which has an important impact on the development. On the basis of analyzing National sports associations punishment characteristics, taking the example of Chinese Football Association, it discusses national sports associations punishment legitimacy characteristics from the social legitimacy, administrative legitimacy, legal legitimacy and political the legit- imacy of China＇s sports associations as well as the legitimacy dilemma it faced. |
