| 摘 要： | 在2003年全国跆拳道锦标赛期间，对15名女运动员的40场比赛进行了血乳酸检测。检测结果表明女子跆拳道比赛大部分场次的运动强度不大，比赛对女运动员的无氧耐力素质要求不高，无氧耐力素质不是决定比赛胜负的关键因素。
