| 摘 要： | 运用技术论和体育学的理论与方法对体育运动技术的概念、特征、要素、结构、体系、及其评价等进行探讨,指出:体育运动技术是为改造和完善自身,充分挖掘和发挥自身的能力,提高身体练习的效率和效果,采用合理规范的活动方式和秩序形成的技能、技巧和相应知识的总和它是由动力要素、操作要素和知识要素构成的一个多要素、多层次和多类型的复杂系统。
