摘    要:探讨补充不同剂量的谷氨酰胺对运动员机体免疫功能的影响。方法:12名运动员按随机区组设计分成四组,进行两周大强度训练,训练期间分别补充不同剂量的谷氨酰胺(0.1g/kg body wt/day,0.2g/kg body wt/day,0.3g/kg body wt/day)和安慰剂。采集运动员训练周期开始前第一天及最后一天训练前后的血液,分别测定淋巴细胞T细胞亚群CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值和免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM的值。结果:大强度训练会造成人体血液淋巴细胞T细胞亚群CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值的显著下降(P<0.01),补充谷氨酰胺能显著提高运动后人体血液CD_4~+/CD_8~+比值(P<0.05); 实验中补充谷氨酰胺对人体血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM没有显著性影响。结论:补充谷氨酰胺能改善运动员细胞免疫功能,但对体液免疫功能没有显著性影响。

Abstract:Objective observe the effect of different glutamine supplementation on immune function in athletes. Methods: In a randomized cross- over placebo - controlled study, twelve experienced rowing athletes were divided into four groups (n= 3) to perform a two- week high intensity training with different glutamine supplementation doses (0. 1 g/kg body wt/day, 0.2 g/kg body wt/day, 0. 3 g/kg body wt/day) and placebo. The blood samples were drawn before and after training at the first day and the last day. The blood levels of T - lymphocytes CD4 + /CD8 + ratio and immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM were determined. Results: T - lymphocytes CD4 + /CD^+ ratio will be decreased markedly (p<0.01 ) caused by high intensity training. Glutamine supplementation can increase CD4 + / CD8+ ratio markedly after training (p<10.05 ). No significant effect of Glutamine supplementation on immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM were observed in present study. Conclusion: Improvement of cellular immunity can be induced by Glutamine supplementation, but humoral immunity not.
