| 摘 要： | 通过对高技术战争条件下通信兵体能特点的分析，提出了通信兵体能训练应该以有氧体能训练为主，辅之发展无氧供能和其他素质的训练，并从实战出发，提出了一些针对性的训练方法。

| Abstract: | Through analysing to signalman's physical stamina characteristic under the high-tech war condition , have proposed what trains in signalman's physical stamina should rely mainly on oxygen physical stamina is training, there are no oxygen energy supply and training for other quality in the development that is complemented. The article has regarded actual combat as the starting point and proposed some pertinence training methods. |
