摘    要:应用献资料法,对当今国际主要的模拟高原训练的方法-间歇训练法和高佳低训法的生物学效应和所用器材进行了归纳和探讨。指出模拟高原训练法是能够避免高原训练弊端,最大程度激发机体生理潜能,提高运动员竞技水平的有效方法,模拟高原训练的器材按照结构和使用特点分为压力舱式和面罩式两类。

Abstract:Based on collecting recent documents, this paper discusses the biologic effect and equipment of simulative High - altitude training methods that include IHT and HiLo. This paper points out simulative High - altitude training are very effective methods that can avoid abuse of High - altitude training, simulate person's potential physiology to the maximal extent, improve sports level of athletes. Simulative High - altitude training equipment include pressure cabin type and veil type according to their structure and using characteristic.
