| 摘 要： | 通过采用逻辑分析法、数据统计法和录像观察法对王薇在2010年全国女子散打锦标赛王薇在比赛中主要失分动作手段进行研究,旨在对王薇在比赛中的失分有所认识。分别探讨了王薇对拳、腿、摔三种主要进攻动作的防守技术在比赛中使用情况。通过查阅文献和观察录像,从中发现在女子散打比赛中,腿法进攻占主导地位,对腿法防守的好坏直接影响运动员的比赛成绩,摔法居中,拳法最低。而在腿法中侧踹腿,鞭腿,正蹬腿和其他腿法,鞭腿的使用次数和成功率都是最高的。因此在今后的训练中有必要加强防守鞭腿的技术,突出重点练习。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed respectively about defense of the three main offensive actions used by Wang Wei in the game,such as,leg and fell.It was found that leg attack is in the dominant technique used in the Women Sanshou Games.The quality of defense to leg attack will affect the athletes’ competition result directly,and then the throwing,last the fist position.Among side kick,round hourse kick,push kick and other leg positions,the frequency of utilization and success rate of the round kick are most useful.The losing point of Wang Wei in the game is good indication for how to strengthen practice in the future.All in all,it is quite necessary to strengthen round kick of defensive technique and highlight key points in the training. |
