| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对合肥大学城校区定向运动的开展现状进行研究，以了解定向运动的开展成效与影响因素。研究发现：定向运动练习者接触项目时间晚，训练年限短，基本知识技能掌握不理想，且面临着学训矛盾的双重考验。教练员从业年限短，专业技能有待提高；项目经费不足，训练补助有待提高。同时，需要强化领导重视程度并提高对定向运动的安全保障。最后针对影响因素提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,and interviews with experts,statistics and logic analysis,research on status of orientation movement in Hefei university campus,in order to understand the orientation movement development situation and the influence factors.That study found: orientation movement practitioners contact the project late,year of training is short,basic knowledge skills master is not ideal,and facing the dual contradictions between learning and training.Coaches’ work with short time, professional skills should be further enhanced.Project fund is inadequate;training complement should be further enhanced.Strengthening the leadership and improving the security of orientation movement.Finally,offer a proposal according to the influential factors. |
