| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、数理统计法和专家访谈等方法，对2008年、2010年世界女子沙滩手球锦标赛和2011年欧洲女子沙滩手球锦标赛共计169场比赛数据进行分析：1）得分方式主要以SPS为主，SPE是比赛的特色；2）在Shootout决胜中，各队都运用高技，j、高分值的SPS来赢得比赛。据此，女子沙滩手球运动训练应加强SPS的训练；重点培训守门员的攻击能力；进行各种角度的空中接力的射门配合。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review,data statistics and expert interview,this paper analyzes the data on the 169 matches of 2008、2010 Women’s World Beach Handball Championship and 2011 Women’s European Beach Handball Championship: First,the main score mode is SPS,specially the goalkeeper takes part in field attack;Second,every team choose SPS to win the match in Shoot out.The result showed that in women’s beach handball we must pay attention to training of SPS,INF and the ability of goalkeeper. |
