| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、调查访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国和美国在竞技体育后备人才培养体制方面进行了对比研究,探讨了美国在培养竞技体育后备人才方面的优势.结果得知:我国在竞技体育后备人才的培养体制上整体不如美国,应进一步转变政府职能,构建教育系统一体化人才培养体系.同时引入市场机制,动员社会力量参与竞技体育后备人才培养,从而改进我国体育后备人才培养体制.

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature,interview and logic analysis,the author compared the competitive talents cultivation mechanism between USA and China and discussed the superiority in USA.The results shows that the competitive talents cultivation mechanism in China is inferior to that in USA.To improving the cultivation mechanism,China should transfer the function of the government and construct the education system for integration cultivation series of the competitive talents,Establish the mechanism of Markey economy and motivate the social power to support the competitive talents cultivation |
