| 摘 要： | 通过运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,揭示了高校“体教结合”建设高水平运动队过程中存在的问题,提出应正确认识“体教结合”的科学发展观内涵;积极健全体制改革,实现竞技体育与教育的双赢目标;提高领导重视程度,保障高水平运动队稳定发展;挖掘创新理念,实现高水平运动队可持续、健康发展的对策,为高校体育教育改革的进一步实施和学校体育目标的最终实现献计献策.
