摘    要:前扑滑垒是棒球运动的一项重要技术,能否正确运用该技术会对棒球比赛的攻守行为产生直接的影响。在全国十运会棒球比赛中,前扑滑垒技术被各运动队广泛运用,进攻上收到了良好的效果,降低了被触杀的风险。但同时存在前扑滑垒动作不规范、技术失误过多、上垒率下降等不足,给运动员埋下了损伤的隐患。在查阅文献资料、采访知名教练的基础上,利用技术统计资料,结合自身运动和裁判实践的经验,对前扑滑垒技术进行分析研究,归纳和总结其动作要点及训练方法。

Abstract:The headfront slide is an important and basic technique in the baseball.Rational use of that technique may have an immediate influence on the conduct of offense and defense,especially at the turning point of the game.In the 10th National Game of China,the headfront slide technique was adopted by all sports brigades at provincial level and proved to be very effective on offense and lower the risk of tagging out.However,we found that some athletics misplayed in base-reaching and were injured because of irrational use of that technique by the way of impromptu observation and questionnaire.Based on the resources checking,famous coaches interviewing and technique statistics using,combined with the experience of participating that sport and referee,the author analyzes and studies the headfront slide technique and deducts and summarizes the key point of movement and training methods of that technique.
