| 摘 要： | 从落实《公安民警体育锻炼达标手册》的必要性、《警标》的特征分析和落实《警标》若干对策和建议等方面对《警标》进行了矸究。结果表明，《警标》的颁布与实施是公安机关警务训练工作的重要举措，标志着新时期警务人员不仅要具备坚定的思想政治素质、娴熟的业务素质，同时现代警务工作对警务人员的体质、健康、体能、技能等综合身体素质和警察队伍的战斗力提出了更高的要求。

| Abstract: | From view of necessity of carrying out the physical exercise standard for police and public security personnel, its characteristics, and some countermeasures, research is conducted. Results show that carrying out the standard is an important measurement to enhance public security and police training affair, modem public security affair demand not only firm mental - political quality, practical occupation capacity, but also individual physical fitness, health, physical capacity and skill level. |
