| Abstract: | Objective：Studying the correlation between anxiety and physical index of non-manual workers in Guangzhou in order to provide effective methods and the scientific basis for anxiety prevention and intervention. Methods： non-manual workers in Guangzhou（age：20～65y） was released 1300 copies of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale.Epidemiological stratified cluster sampling method was used and physical index was tested.Results： A total of 1284 valid questionnaires were returned,Recovery Rate： 98.77%;prevalence rate of anxiety was 14.1% in non-manual workers of Guangzhou.Moderate and above of it was 3.27%.There was a significant difference between prevalence rate of anxiety and sitting trunk flexion,as negative correlation.Conclusion： There was a correlation between moderate and above of anxiety and sitting trunk flexion. |
