| 摘 要： | 足球裁判是足球比赛顺利进行的必要条件，体育院校学生加强足球裁判能力培养势在必行。足球裁判员要从思想素质、身体素质、智力水平、专业素质和英语水平等方面加强业务能力的培养。思想品德和专业英语运用能力培养是当前学生足球裁判能力培养工作的重点。

| Abstract: | Football referee is the necessary condition of proceeding football match smoothly, students should be reinforced to train such ability. The football referee should be reinforced to train occupatinal ability form thinking , the body diathesis, the level of intelligence, the level of English and so on. The thinking and virtue and the usage ability of specialty English are the emphases of training football referees now. |
