| Abstract: | This article discussed the origin of sport and war from historical angle, described the development course of military sport in China in recent 50 years. The author pointed out that the " sport for national defence and military sport are identity conception, while the meaning of military sport , "sport in the army" and "soldiers' sport" are totally different. |
