| 摘 要： | 蛙人部队自诞生以来，由于其出色表现和不凡的战绩，使得蛙人深受世界各国军队重视。体能训练在蛙人训练中占有十分重要的地位，通过对特种作战蛙人体能进行分析，对蛙人体能训练的方法进行了探讨，为蛙人体能训练提供有益的参考。
