中外优秀男子跳高技术的生物力学对比研究

摘    要:采用三维摄像方法和爱捷运动录像反馈系统提取有关当前我国部分优秀男子跳高技术的运动学参数,根据运动生物力学、训练学、统计学等学科理论对中外跳高技术进行比较研究.结果表明:我国运动员在起跳离地瞬间身体重心高度和身体重心腾起高度上均与国外优秀运动员有显著性差异.我国运动员起跳离地瞬间身体姿态不合理,起跳的缓冲阶段没有形成良好的制动,起跳腿的离心收缩能力较低.

Abstract:Three-dimension camera technology and feed-back system of Aijie movement kinescope adopted Were to abstract the related kinematics parameter,according to the theory of sport biomechanics,training and statistics,contract the jumping technology of Chinese and foreign men high jumpers.The result shows:there are significant difference between Chinese and foreigners both in the height H1 at the jumping movement and the rising height H2.The Chinese pose at the jumping movement isn't proper and no favorable trigger is formed during the amortizeing stage,and the shringkage capability of the starting leg is weak.
