| 摘 要： | 运用比较研究法，对现代散打（作为比赛项目的散打）和现代竞技跆拳道（比赛跆拳道）两种运动在动作技术、对抗战术、精神训练以及传播范围等方面的共同点和差异进行了研究，分析了导致相应异同点的原因和内在化内涵上的异同。
