| 摘 要： | 据资料显示,我国跳远运动员的助跑速度利用率高达99%,这对助跑速度、可控速度提出了严峻的挑战,并与跳远所要求助跑的速度和距离产生了矛盾。本文从以下几个方面对助跑速度利用率加以阐述：我国高水平跳远运动员助跑速度利用率;国外优秀跳远运动员助跑速度利用率;对跳远助跑速度利用率定义的异议以及跳远运动员运动成绩的距离损失度的异议,并由此提出一些看法。

| Abstract: | Base on the data,the utilization of run-up speed of Chinese long-jump athletes is reach to 99 %.It is a severe challenge for run-up speed is controllable speed.And it also bring a contradiction for the required speed and distance of run-up.In this paper,we elaborated the utilization of run-up speed from the following aspects： utilization of Chinese high-level long jump run-up speed;utilization of foreign excellent long jump run-up speed;the objections for the definition of long jump utilization of run-up speed and loss degrees of distance for athlete＇s performance.Based on the above mentioned,we put forward some views. |
