| 摘 要： | 为了使蒙授体育教师的培养目标更加符合社会的需要，更适合教学的需要，对26所中学的蒙授体育教师进行了抽样调查，通过调查和分析，对未来蒙授体育教师的基本能力、专业理论知识、术科知识等问题进行了初步的目标定位。
