| 摘 要： | 美国职业体育的发展历史证明了制度和制度环境的重要性，垄断性联盟的出现是俱乐部竞争性合作的基础，联盟治理结构的创新使俱乐部多元目标趋于一致，对劳资关系的协调起到至关重要的作用，媒体作为联盟的中间消费者起到桥梁的作用。

| Abstract: | The development of American profeional sports has proven the importance of the system and the institu tional environment. The monopoly league is the basis of the clubs＇ competitive cooperation. The management struc ture innovation enables the coordination of clubs＇ diversified objectives. The relations play a crucial role. The media acts as a bridge serving as the intermediate consumers in the league. |
