三级跳远训练方法的探索与实践

摘    要:通过对高水平运动队三级跳远队员的成绩进行比较,对他们这两年的训练情况进行分析,得出提高三级跳远成绩所采取的训练方法包括:制定大周期和小周期相结合的训练计划;应用“速度-平跳”技术;重视全面身体素质和专项身体素质的训练;分配好训练量和训练强度;重视训练后的恢复措施,以及提高运动员的心理素质。

Abstract:By comparing the performance of three athletes maioring in triple jump in South China Normal University in two years, the paper concluded the training method for triple jump including long - term and short - term training program, 'velocity-smooth iump' technique, proper training load and intensity, strengthening normal & special physical fitness and recovery, and improving the mental health.
