| 摘 要： | 调查表明大学生体育生活能满足大学生的需要；体育生活是丰富大学生化、娱乐消遣的一个重要方面，是健康明的一种生活方式，以及人格发展必不可少的活动之一。但目前普通高校大学生体育生活质量整体水平不高，是影响大学生健康的重要因素。
