| 摘 要： | 体育舞蹈集体育、音乐、舞蹈于一体，深受大学生的欢迎。但由于体育舞蹈要求学生应具备体育、音乐、舞蹈等综合素质较高，教学效果不尽人意。培养学生对体育舞蹈价值的正确认识和建立良好的学习动机；正确处理打基础与学难度的关系；掌握各舞种的基本特征和音乐节奏等基本知识；以及强调配夸和舞蹈意识，是改进和提高体育舞蹈教学效果的重要因素。

| Abstract: | International standard dance is integrated with gymnastics, music and dance, and is popula in college and university students. But because of the lack of comparatively high quality that students should have in physical culture, music and dance, the teaching effect is not so satisfied. The following factors are believed to contribute to the improvement of international standard dance teaching. First, students should have the correct attitudes to the of international standard dance and develop positive motivations; second, students should properly deal with the tionship between laying foundation and the difficulty in learning. Third, students should grasp the basic fe different types of dances and have the knowledge of music, rhythm and so on. Finally, the stress should be laid on cooperation and consciousness of dance. |
