| 摘 要： | 首先分析了理论指导下的造"物"与造"人"的竞技体育人才培养方式,在借鉴国外体育强国以造"人"为目标的竞技体育人才培养方式的成功经验的同时,分析了我国实行"体教结合"培养方式的原因及其存在的问题,最终指出把竞技体育人才培养纳入到教育系统中是我国竞技体育人才培养的发展方向.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes two pattern for competitive talents cultivation with different goal,which is for the material while the other one is for the human-being.Drawing lessons from the powerful sports nations with the goal for human-being,the author analyzes the reason and problems of combination of competitive sports and education,and points out that it's the proper trend that bring the cultivation of competitive talents into education system. |
