| 摘 要： | 2011年,全军院校开始实行军事共同科目联考.具体由“合训”与“分流”院校分别抽调专家组成联合考核组实施.为促进军事体育教学训练,提高联考通过率,从训练原则、训练计划、组织实施、预防损伤上,就如何提高体能、技能水平提出了相应对策.
