| 摘 要： | 主要回顾了外训队建队6年来的教学经验,同时立足现在,按照全军外训工作的总体要求,通过分析现有的办学优势以及面临的问题,找出合理有效的解决办法,切实地提高教学能力和培养质量;另一方面着眼未来,探讨适合我军和我院特色的发展方向和培养目标。

| Abstract: | Six years' teaching experience has been reviewed since the foundation of the foreigner training department.According to the overall requirement of foreigner training work of the whole army,finding out reasonable solutions to effectively improves the teaching ability and quality through analyzing the teaching advantage and problems exist nowadays;on the other hand,looking into the future,discussing the developing direction and training object which fit our army and the character of our institute. |
