| 摘 要： | 对高水平排球运动员“排球运动意识”的内容和特征表现进行了研究，认为对排球运动方法与规律的认识及对胜利时机把握是构成“排球运动意识”的主体。建立了在对运动规律的认识和取胜时机把握的强烈意识基础上的场上自我控制行为与意识是“排球运动意识”的深层次内涵，并对排球运动意识的培养进行了有意的探索。
