| 摘 要： | 采用技术统计、文献资料、访谈以及比较等方法，分析了十运会、第24届世界蹦床锦标赛、2004年雅典奥运会和九运会4次大赛中蹦床网上单人项目前3名的年龄和比赛成绩。结果表明：我国运动员比国外运动员年龄小；我国运动员的动作难度和技术水平有显著提高，但与国际水平还有一定差距，尤其在规定动作（资格赛第一套）的质量上差距较大；我国缺少网上单人项目世界顶尖水平的选手；国际蹦床女子单人项目已表现出对新规则的适应，并稳步向更高的水平发展，而男子单人项目的动作难度处在一个相对稳定的时期。据此，对我国蹦床网上单人项目的发展以及今后的训练提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of technical statistics,documentation,interview and investigation,the author analyzed and compared the ages and performance of the first three athletes in the trampoline-single competitions of the 10th National Games,the 24th Trampoline World Championships,2004 Olympic Games and the 9th National Games.It has been indicated that the athletes of trampoline-single in our country are younger than the abroad.The movements' difficulty and quality have developed a lot.However,there is some distance of movements' quality between our competitors and the international,especially the quality of the first movement suit in the qualification games.Our country is short of the best athletes in trampoline-single games.The national female single trampoline has adapted to the new regulations and is developing with steady steps,while the male's movement-quality is steady relatively.Some suggestions about single trampoline training of China have been put forward. |
