| 摘 要： | 体育关系已经不再是纯粹的竞技关系，经济因素的介入使其不断复杂化。竞技体育领域的纠纷不断涌现，能否公正、高效地解决这些纠纷已经关系到我国竞技体育产业能否健康发展。加之2008牟夏季奥运会将在北京举行，届时必然会产生大量竞技体育纠纷，能否公正、高效地解决这些纠纷关系到奥运会是否能顺利进行以及我国在世界之林的形象。体育仲裁是解决竞技体育纠纷的最通常的方式，对体育仲裁进行研究对我国竞技体育纠纷的解决具有十分重大的意义。

| Abstract: | Sports relation is not pure competitive relation any more,involvement of economic factor make it complicate constantly.Athletics sports dispute of field emerge constantly,could solve these dispute involve whether the athletics sports industry of our country can develop in a healthy way with high-efficient.In addition the Summer Olympics will be held in Beijing in 2008,the inevitable meeting produced a large number of athletics sports disputes when the time comes,Whether could solve dispute these can concern Olympic Games go on and our country image of forest in world smoothly with,high-efficient.It is the most common way to solve athletics sports dispute through sports arbitration,it is very great for settlement of the athletics sports dispute in our country. |
