| 摘 要： | 依法治军是新时期我军建设的重要指导方针。作为军事训练重要组成部分的军事体育,与军队的建设和发展紧密相联。军事体育法制建设是依法治军的必然要求,而贯彻实施《体育法》,也需要加强军事体育立法,并通过多样途径加强军事体育法制建设。

| Abstract: | managing army by the law" is an important introductive principal in modem army construction. The military sports, as an important part of military training, is closely related to the construction and development of army. The military sports law construction necessarily demands managing army by the law. In order to carry on sports law, it is necessary to strengthen drawing up military sports laws. We should strengthen military sports law construction by many ways too. |
