| 摘 要： | 大国之间的经济博弈必然对生存在大国中间的小国、弱国产生影响。1932年渥太华会议前后英美在加拿大展开了激烈的经济争夺。英国利用渥太华协定来框定加拿大以便加强和巩固帝国经济,扭转经济颓势 而美国也积极拉拢加拿大来渗透进而瓦解英国的＂经济堡垒＂,获取本国经济发展空间 加拿大面对英美的争夺,则采取有效措施,游刃于英美之间,谋取本国利益。
