“双高计划”背景下职业院校“双师型”教师评价研究

摘    要:通过文献分析、专家访谈和问卷调查获取研究数据,采用实证方法研究了职业院校"双师型"教师评价维度。研究结果显示:实践教学能力、职教理念、理论知识水平和政策理解是提升职业院校教师"双师"素质的四个核心维度,此结论为提升高等职业院校教师执教能力提供了理论支撑和实践指导。

Abstract:Through the interview of literature analyses,experts and questionnaire survey to obtain the research data,the empirical method is used to study the evaluation of double qualified teacher of vocational colleges.The research results show that practical teaching ability,vocational education philosophy,theoretical knowledge and policy understanding are the four core dimensions to improve the quality of teachers in vocational colleges and universities.This conclusion provides theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the teaching ability of teachers in vocational colleges and universities.
