| 摘 要： | 物在民法学上是一个被广泛使用的概念。文章认为应当摒弃将物分为有体物和无体物的分类方法,将物定义为具有经济价值的能够为人直接支配的客观存在。在物权法上可以把能够成为他物权客体的权利定义为无形物。这样,无形物和物的概念并立作为物权客体。

| Abstract: | The word "property" is widely used in civil jurisprudence.The paperpoints out that the classification that property can be material property and intangible property should be abandoned.It should be defined as objective existdence with economic value and under direct control of man.Rights with certain conditions can become an object of iure in realie,while no rights can be objectives of possesion.According to the law of property,the right which can become the object of iura in realie will be named as an intangible property,which can be an object of right over the property combined with the concept of property. |
