| 摘 要： | 巩固党的执政基础,确保党的长期执政,是探索党的建设科学化的重大课题。基层党组织作为党的理论、方针、政策在基层的组织者、实践者和推动者,肩负着巩固和增强党的执政基础的重要使命。为探索长期执政条件下推进基层党组织建设的有效载体和途径,文章结合高校基层党建工作,对在新形势下如何增强高校党的基层组织服务功能进行了深入探索研究,归纳总结了加强高校基层党组织建设的具体做法及其体会。

| Abstract: | The consolidation of the Partyrs ruling foundation and the ensurance of the Partyrs long-term ruling are two important issues in the Partyts scientific construction. The grass-root Partyrs or- ganizations, as the organizers, practitioners and impellors of the Party s theory, orientation and policy at the grass-root levels, bear the important tasks to consolidate and strengthen the PartJs ruling foundation. In order to explore the effective carrier and the ways to promote the construction of grass- root Party＇s organizations under the long-term ruling, the paper summarizes the way and experience in strengthening this construction, by combining the basic level Partyls construction and from the deep research about the improvement of service of the grass-root Partyls organizations in the new situation. |
