| 摘 要： | 现行的国民经济核算体系(GDP核算)是诸多经济学家、统计学家多年来共同努力的结果,GDP作为核心指标,成为衡量一个国家经济发展程度的统一标准。然而从现行的GDP中,我们只能看出经济产出总量或经济总收入的情况,却看不出经济发展的背后所付出的巨大代价———环境污染和生态破坏,也难以反映可持续发展的要求。随着环境和生态保护运动的发展和可持续发展理念的兴起,一些经济学家和统计学家尝试将环境和资源要素纳入国民经济核算体系,以发展新的国民经济核算体系,即绿色国民经济核算。

| Abstract: | The current GDP system is a great effort made by economists and statisticians,according to their common hard work for many years.GDP,as a core norm,becomes the united standard to measure a country's development.From the current GDP,we could only know situations of the total output or income of economy.The current GDP couldn't tell us large costs——environmental pollution and ecological destroy,which are hidden behind economic development. It is hard to reflect the demand of sustainable development.With the development of environment and ecology protection and the theory of sustainable development,some economists and statisticians try to put factors of environment and resource into GDP in order to develop a new GDP,which is called green GDP. |
