摘    要:老变电所的自动化改造,有多种技术方案。对于"常规控制+微机保护(常规保护)+RTU"方式的220kV变电所,自动化改造工作更有其特点。文章提出了用微机监控系统取代常规控制屏的自动化改造方案,并阐明了设计中应建立的监控系统构架,总结了变电所改造二次回路设计及组屏方案特点、保护信息的监控系统接入方案,为220kV变电所的自动化改造提供了可资借鉴的模式。

Abstract:There are many technology modes in the automatic upgrading of the old substations. To the mode of 220kV substation of "general eontrol+microcomputer, protection+RTU" ,the automatic upgrading has its own characteristics. It puts forward the automatic upgrading mode of replacing the general control with the microcomputer supervisory control, and illustrats the supervisory control truss that should be established in design in this paper. It also sums up the design of secondary circuit in substationrs upgrading, the characteristic of the panel mode, and the program input of the protect information in supervisory control system. It provides us with reference modes in the automatic upgrading of 220kV substations.
