| 摘 要： | 在高等职业教育迅速发展的同时,其人才培养目标还存在着一些问题,如培养目标与高等职业教育定位脱节、忽视学生人文素质和综合素质的培养、忽视学生实践技能的提升等。矫正高等职业教育人才培养目标,应制定适合高等职业教育定位的人才培养目标,培养兼具专业知识技能和文化道德素质的综合型人才,培养适应市场需求的复合应用型人才。
