| 摘 要： | 群众路线是党的生命线和根本工作路线。党务公开是高校践行群众路线的具体表现,是高校探索群众路线长效机制的创新之举。高校党务公开的目的与群众路线"为民"的执政宗旨具有根本一致性,高校党务公开的内容与群众路线"务实"的根本要求具有相互关联性,高校党务公开的实质与群众路线"清廉"的政治本色具有内在同一性。深刻阐述群众路线与党务公开的内在关联,具有极强的时代价值和现实意义。

Research on the Relevance of Opening of Party's Affairs at Universities and the Mass Line |

| Abstract: | The mass line is the lifeline and the basic work line of the Party. The opening of Party ’s affairs is the practice of the mass line, and is the innovation to explore the mechanism of the mass line. The purpose of the opening of university Party’s affairs and the ruling principle of the mass line has a basic consistency, the content of the opening of Party ’s affairs at universities and the basic requirement of the mass line has the mutual connection, the essence of the opening of Party ’s affairs at universities and the political nature of the mass line has the intrinsic identity. Profound elaboration of the mass line and the internal connection of the opening of Party ’s affairs, have extremely strong era value and realistic significance. |
