| 摘 要： | 当前,全国范围内正在如火如荼地开展农村信用社深化改革试点工作,在此项改革工作中完善法人治理结构是必须要认真研究和妥善解决的重要课题。目前农村信用社法人治理结构存在诸如“三会”组织形同虚设,行政控制现象严重等缺陷。这些缺陷主要是由于产权不明晰,产权制度不完善等一系列原因造成的。因此,迫切需要从完善“三会”制度产权制度等方面加以努力。

| Abstract: | The pilot project of further reform of rural credit cooperatives is in full swing all over the country,and the corporate governance structure in this reform is of great importance.At present,"three-meeting" exists in name only in the structure and there are other flaws such as the phenomenon of administrative control,which are caused by unclear ownership,unperfect property right system and so on.Therefore,it is urgent to perfect the system of "three-meeting" and property right system. |
