摘    要:"双元制"教学模式成就了德国制造业125年由劣到强的神话,被许多国家学习借鉴。文章分析了我国职业教育存在的一些问题,提出学习借鉴德国"双元制"职教模式,走校企深度合作的双赢之路,实行校企深度合作,有助于降低企业员工培训成本,畅通职教学生就业渠道,探寻我国职教纵深发展的有效途径。

Abstract:The "dual system" teaching mode turns out myth that the German manufacturing industry changed from weak to strong during125 years, which has benefited many countries. This writer analyzes some problems in Chinese vocational education, and puts forward effective ways: educational mode of learning from the German "dual system", the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, reducing the cost of training enterprise staff, opening employment channels of students in vocational education.
