| 摘 要： | 高职院校正值从规模扩张向以提高质量为核心的内涵建设转型期,与之相适应的校园文化建设应加强与企业文化的互动与融合,以增强其职业性特点。高职校园文化的建设应积极汲取优秀企业文化理念,突出职业性特点,教育和引导高职生成长为适应社会需要的高端技能型人才。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher vocational colleges,they have considered the quality as the core of the connotation construction in transition,and cultural interaction and fusion between higher vocational colleges and enterprises should be strengthened.The construction of campus culture should actively learn from the culture concept of outstanding enterprises,highlight the career characteristics,and guide the students to meet the needs of the society and become high-technical talents. |
