摘    要:全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生的培养目标是为中小学输入专业性人才,为中小学注入一支理论知识深厚、实践能力专业、研究能力突出、创新意识新颖的强大队伍,促进中小学的发展。在我国,由于专业学位研究生的培养模式与学术型学位研究生的培养模式不同,但是很多高校主要以培养学术型研究生为重心,导致专业学位研究生的培养模式简单采取学术型学位研究生的培养模式,这与建立以提升职业能力为导向的专业学位研究生培养模式相悖1]。因此,积极探索全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生的培养模式就显得至关重要。

Abstract:The training goal of full-time master degree graduate studentsmajoring in education is to input professional talents for primary and secondary schools,inject a strong team with profound theoretical knowledge,professional practical ability,outstanding research ability and innovative consciousness,and promote the development of primary and secondary schools.In our country,the professional degree graduate students training mode and the training mode of academic degree graduate students are different,but a lot of colleges and universities mainly focus on the cultivation of academic graduate students,leading to the training mode of professional graduate students simply adopt the training mode of academic graduate students.This is contrary to the establishment of a professional degree-oriented postgraduate training model.Therefore,it is very important to explore the training mode of full-time education master degree graduate students.
