| 摘 要： | 提升辅导员在思想政治教育中的话语权,既有利于提升职业能力,又是对高校“立德树人”根本任务的巩固。然而,在开展思想政治教育的实际工作中,辅导员明显面临话语缺位、话语失效、话语霸权等现实困境。面对新时代,辅导员要做好大学生思想政治教育工作,就应主动加强理论学习,积极提升业务能力,不断拓展工作阵地来提高自身话语权的感召力、感染力和吸引力,重塑辅导员在思想政治教育话语权中的地位。

| Abstract: | To enhance the voice of counselors in ideological and political education is not only conducive to the promotion of professional ability,but also to consolidating the fundamental task of"building up people by virtue"in colleges and universities.However,in the practical work of carrying out ideological and political education,counselors obviously face the practical difficulties such as discourse absence,discourse failure,discourse hegemony and so on.In the face of the new era,if counselors want to do a good job in ideological and political education of college students,they should take the initiative to strengthen theoretical study,actively enhance their professional ability and constantly expand their working positions to improve their appeal and attraction of their own right of speech,reshaping the position in the right of speech in ideological and political education. |
