摘    要:基础教育体育改革,突出淡化体育教育专业中的竞技化教学倾向,牢牢树立"健康第一"的指导思想,对课程内容、教师教学方式、教学效果评价、课程资源等方面进行了全面的改革,最终使学生养成终身体育的意识,促进学生在身体、心理和社会适应能力诸方面健康、和谐、全面地发展.而我们普通高等教育体育教学专业所培养的目标主要是中小学体育教师,如何深刻领会<新课标>的实质,更好适应新课程改革方案,这对我们提高体育专业课程的教学质量和人才的培养定位至关重要.

Abstract:Physical education reform in basic education is to reverse the sports-competition oriented tend in physical education specialty training, and to firmly establish the guideline of "health first". The curriculum contents, teaching approaches, evaluations of teaching effects, and curriculum resources should all be reformed, so as to foster the life-long physical education attitude in students, and to promote the healthy, harmonious and comprehensive developments of the students in terms of physique buildup, psychological well-being and social adaptation abilities. As the education aim of physical education specialty in common institutions of higher learning is focused on training physical education teachers of primary and middle schools, to understand the essence of new 'New Curriculum Standard' in order to better adapt to new curriculum reform plan is of critical importance for improving the teaching quality of physical education specialty and for targeted physical talents training.
