| 摘 要： | 在20世纪20、30年代，苏联和美国都先后面临严重的经济、政治危机。苏联在1921年实行新经济政策，迅速地纠正了战时共产主义政策的反面效果，解放了生产力，发展了经济。美国在1933年实行罗斯福新政，快速地摆脱了严重经济危机带来的冲击。为美国经济的恢复奠定了基础。两国抗衡危机、挽救国家现有的政治制度、维护社会的稳定而在经济、社会领域进行的一系列改革实践，对于我们深化改革，不断推进中国特色社会主义建设，有着非常重要的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | In the twentieth century 20、30 years, the former Soviet Union and the United States faced serious economic and political crisis.In 1921, the Soviet Union implemented new economic policy and swiftly corrected the policy and quickly corrected the the opposite effect of war communist policy.In the meantime time , the Soviet Union liberated productive forces and developed economy by utilizing the advantage of market economy.In 1933, the United States implemented Roosevelt＇s New political measures ,quickly break away from the attack of severe economic crisis and laid the foundation for American economic reeovery.A series of reforms from economy field to socialism field were carried out in practice in the United States and the Soviet Union for Contending with the crisis、saving the country＇s existing political system、 maintaining social stability.They have very important reference effect on deepen our reform and constantly push forward the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. |
