| 摘 要： | 旅游业是服务性行业,服务意识是旅游服务行业最基本的行业需求,因此培养服务意识便成为中职旅游教育的根本任务之一.提高教师对服务意识的认识;教师寓教于不同的教材之中,运用多种教学手段,提高学生综合素质,培养"服务意识".
