| 摘 要： | 本研究采用美国社会心理家马斯拉池（Maslach）编制的职业倦怠通用量表为工具，以六盘水师范学院为例，对高校教师职业倦怠的现状、主要表现及产生原因进行调查分析。结果表明高校教师中不同性别、学历、职称、年龄、工作岗位，在职业倦怠上存在差异。社会、学校、教师个人应积极采取有效的措施，多创造或提供高校教师之间进行学术交流学习的机会。帮助教师预防和缓解职业倦怠。
